What does H14 mean in Aluminum?

Hardness condition (H14): 1100 aluminum alloy reaches the H14 temper after partial strain hardening treatment. H14 indicates that the aluminum alloy has undergone moderate cold working (approximately 50% elongation), which increases its strength, but it has not reached the full hard condition (H18).
