3004 Aluminum Plate Sheet
The 3004 series aluminum sheet also belongs to the aluminum-manganese alloy series and is a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. 3004 O Aluminum Sheet
The O temper refers to the fully annealed state of the aluminum, which is the softest and most ductile state among 3004 aluminum alloys.
- Performance Features: At this point, the internal stress of the material is completely eliminated, the tensile strength is the lowest, but the elongation after fracture is the highest. It is extremely easy to perform complex bending, stretching, and spinning, and it will not easily spring back after processing.

3004 H24 Aluminum Plate

- Good weldability. Excellent welding performance can be achieved using standard welding techniques (TIG/MIG).
- Poor heat treatment performance. Can only be strengthened through cold working.
