3105 Aluminum Strip
3105 aluminum strip is a commonly used material in the construction and manufacturing industries, mainly favored for its excellent corrosion resistance and formability. It is essentially an aluminum alloy with a purity of 98%, with small additions of manganese and magnesium, giving it higher strength than the 1100 and 3003 series aluminum alloys.
3105 aluminum strip is made from 3105 alloy and belongs to the 3000 series aluminum alloys. It is usually pre-painted and ready for direct use. It is non-heat-treatable, has relatively poor machining performance, but offers excellent weldability.
Thanks to its outstanding cost-performance ratio, 3105 aluminum strip is widely used in packaging, construction, home appliances, and other fields. It is an ideal material that combines lightweight properties, rust resistance, and ease of processing. When selecting 3105 aluminum strip, the appropriate temper (such as H14/H24) and specifications should be chosen according to the specific application to meet requirements for strength, ductility, and processing performance.
