Base Material Pretreatment:

Degreasing and cleaning (using sodium hydroxide solution to remove grease) → Annealing (350–400℃ to eliminate stress) → Surface chemical conversion (to enhance coating adhesion).

Coating Process:

Primer Coating: Epoxy-based paint (coating weight 5–8g/m²), cured at 180–200℃ to enhance adhesion and hardness

Top Coating: Polyester (PE) or Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) paint (coating weight 15–20g/m²), cured at 230–250℃ to provide color and weather resistance
